Training/Professional Development
Customized training sessions designed to meet the unique needs of each organization, including series and one time workshops, on topics such as unconscious bias, microaggressions, allyship, bystander intervention, and more. Each session comes complete with action items that you can readily apply to your work.

Executive Coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions for senior leaders, designed to help them develop the skills and strategies needed to drive DEIB initiatives within their organizations. Also available for small teams as tailored coaching and mentoring services to help individuals at all levels of an organization develop their leadership and communication skills, as well as deepen their knowledge of DEIB best practices.
